The website is very easy to use, everything from viewing services (both pre-arranging/online), directions for transportation as well as payment methods makes this service extremely user friendly! I wish there was an option at all times during checkout just so it would be easier if someone forgot something like they did not enter their credit card info etc.. Also having your location or zip coded available right after entering in information such as email addy could really help other drivers find me when needed without my contacting one specific person first since he's always busy lol!! Just get through checkouts quickly & efficiently by providing as much detail about yourself including address's / phone #s ect before signing off which helps expedite future transactions especially online ones. I like their service in general, they're friendly to speak too as well! The price is great for what we've received so far which was an open casket viewing at our local cemetery (with headstone), cremation services through outstate New York & Maine area transportation options such has shipping back home or moving us down south if need be etc..
