The plastic belt tensioner works very well. The piece of metal holding the belt on the left side of the AC pulley had sharp edges and broke the first belt. I had to cut off the sharp edges on the metal part, after that everything worked. If you have two people doing the job, no need to screw on the metal belt stopper, just use the plastic tensioner on the crank pulley and guide the belt by hand.
