Did the trick! Best of the Network Cards

Dell Optiplex 9020M/Win10 My internet speed is 500 Mbit/s. The integrated Intel 9020 network adapter is designed for up to 1 Gbit/s. Well, only 100Mbps is recognized. Called my ISP for support and no help. All my active cables are CAT5e or CAT6, so all my cables can carry up to 1GB of data. Plugged my laptop into each port of the router/modem and got 500 Gbps with no issues. Replaced cable to computer and still only 100/100Mbps. Then I updated the drivers directly from Intel. Computer restarted, router/modem restarted. Still only recognizes 100/100 Mbps! I ordered this EDUP network adapter, installed it in a PCIe X16 slot, turned on the computer and everything works great!
