Used to program two Chamberlains with a "purple button". I found a guide that fits my situation. The only problem I had was trying to change the PIN during the initial pairing with the openers. It wasn't in the instructions and it didn't work. When I followed the instructions step by step, namely docking the opener with the factory PINs, everything went well. After pairing, I followed the instructions to change the PIN. Works well as there is a beep when the button is pressed. I'm replacing an old Chamberlain remote whose keyboard no longer works in cold temperatures. If it had a beep when I pressed the button, I could still use it. The only thing the old Chamberlain remote has compared to this one is that a single button on the remote closes it when the door is open without having to enter a PIN. This remote control requires you to enter the entire PIN to close the door.
