Review on Plastic Self Drilling Threaded Self Tapping Mounting by David Norwood

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Decent drywall anchors at a great price

If you've used them before, you know how handy they are. If you rent an apartment with dozens of layers of stucco on the walls, and you need to put picture frames and shelves, this is incredibly convenient. The plastic isn't reinforced like some of the more expensive nylon kits, but they'll do the job just fine. In fact, their tendency to break off when diving as deep as possible is very useful. You *could* use a manual drive to install them, but it's a lot easier to use an electric drive - just make sure the clutch is properly adjusted.
