Review on πŸ”§ WAL-PPN2-R OEM Replacement Fuel Pump with Pressure Regulator & Strainer - Perfect Fit for Victory Kingpin Deluxe/Premium/Tour/8 Ball/FLMS/SMB/CH (2004-2012) by John Young

If you need a fuel pump this is a great alternative to replacing the entire assembly like on the Victory.

If you need a fuel pump this is a great alternative to replacing the entire assembly that Victory will sell you for over $500. 9 times out of 10, the rubber bushing between the pump and housing is leaking (resulting in a loss of fuel pressure). This is due to the quick clamp they use to hold the two pieces together. As the thin rubber coating between the pump and yoke wears down over time, the pump will loosen somewhat and pull away from the tight joint, which will not seal well and will result in fuel pressure loss. I love my 2006 jackpot, but this design has serious flaws. I've changed the pump since I've been there, I've also changed the grommet (you'll need a piece of dip hose for the fuel line) and swapped out the quick clamp for a regular hose clamp.

Pros
  • Electric Fuel Pumps
Cons
