My daughter loves to cook Asian food. She insisted that she needed a tofu press so she could fry the tofu. This is a pretty basic gadget, but it works great. It is also an airtight/odour-proof seal. She left it in the back of the fridge and forgot about it. Didn't even smell it. I opened it and got a face full of rotten tofu. Although it is very easy to clean. So the goods +.
