When buying for my French doors, it's always so much more and bought these because I needed it to ne more durable to hold up to my cat. Let me start by saying how IMPRESSED I am with the durability of the FIBERGLASS mesh by Ikstar brand. These will last a good few years I know already the only thing I didn't care for are the plastic headed tacks. Other than that, the velcro was nice and wide and adhered great to the door frame. Once stuck, it's stuck! I did wipe the surface with alcohol to ensure it was clean before attaching velcro strip. Extremely happy with this product. Now I mustvfind this exact mesh material for my single doors.
