I wanted the mat to protect my floor, but I didn't expect the added benefit of a little cushioning to make my ride more comfortable. I thought the lift block would make the ride more comfortable, but I didn't expect how much more stable it would make the bike. I expected the towel to be cheap and I was right! The mat and block are sold at the same price as this pack, so the towel is practically free. Even with the 'free' towel it still feels a bit pricey. Other than that I love the mat and block and the towel was complimentary.
