I was hoping this flow indicator would work but was skeptical given the low price of a fake. I give two stars for the workmanship of the hardware and the pretty packaging. The device looks like high-end hardware, but it's useless if it doesn't work. I installed the device on my welder and set the appropriate flow rate. The welds were very porous. The beads were shiny and free of soot indicating that the flow rate was appropriate for the conditions. Tried my old regulator - no porosity. I returned to this device - porous welds again. Will be returning this product.
