Review on Max Effort Muscle Amino Recovery BCAAs Post-Workout Green Apple (30 Servings) by Heather Aragon

Subtle taste, good ingredients

We are trying the Max Effort brand for the first time. I'm always looking for different BCAA supplements that offer something new, healthy, etc. The taste of Cherry Lemonade intrigued me and I wanted to try it! (I LOVE most lemonade flavors, especially when they have the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness!) The colorful 30-serving packaging is very attractive and definitely sets it apart from other brands on the market. easy to find when open. Didn't have to dig in as it was right up there. This taste was very subtle. The cherry flavor is a bit tart and shines through a lot more than the lemonade flavor. It didn't really have a strong bitter aftertaste, but there is a sour aftertaste after drinking. It's not sweet at all, so if you don't like tart cherries, this might not be for you. I definitely expected the flavor to be stronger and not so diluted, but it's not necessarily unpleasant, just weak. I was very impressed with how well the product dissolved in room temperature water. No traces, no floating particles, no chunks on the ground. The powder was very fine, which certainly contributed to how well it dissolved. I followed the instructions on the label verbatim. (1 scoop per 10 ounces of water) Sometimes I have to use my small blender bottle to mix these types of supplements, but in this case it wasn't necessary. It might not taste the best, but it gets the job done and has the ingredients in it. that we feel good. (more beneficial BCAAs than other brands)
