Great replacement for my aging posts.
I bought this to replace mine (from another company). You are perfect; the springs are not too hard, the workmanship is good and clean, they seal perfectly; easy to install and clean. (That is, once you get used to this type of rack where the spring/cymbal isn't "permanently" attached. Warning, you'll blow the spring/cymbal off the first few times you take it apart, to clean the barrels. ). In general, however, they are perfect.
