Not what I expected

Trying to make dog gone hats for the homeless. Only made 3 and took 2 of them out because I didn't like the way they turned out. Plus they didn't even fit my head, and I have a small head.Not what I expected to look like. Hard to crank the handle and I did have it on loose.I got this because the looms hurt my hands.I'll probably gift it to someone.
