Was waiting for a review until I had a chance to try it. We're winterizing the garden this weekend, and every year I have to drain the water from the base of the basketball hoop and the back wall of the kids. I'm afraid of this task. Every year I fill my mouth with bird bath water and try to start the siphon and drain the water. No longer. :) This pump is exactly what I needed. Easy to assemble. Getting started is easy. Small enough to take anywhere and get any job done, and big enough to pump large volumes of liquid in a short amount of time. The rubber hand pump makes a good quality impression with a built-in one-way valve. the supplied transparent hose is thick enough that it cannot be easily kinked. Includes non-return valve and hose clamps, as well as for attaching fittings if required. All in all this is a very good set to have at home or in the truck.
