Fits my 2005 Toyota Sienna. The filter is excellent. It's pretty hard to put in. There are many instructions on the Internet for the exchange. It's easy to do, but not as obvious as you might think. Here is the short version. We unscrew the two screws hidden behind the filter housing. You need an extension key to get to the back. Then wring the lid to open it just enough to pull out the old filter. Notice that three corners are rounded and one is not. See how your old filter was lined up before you completely remove it so you know how to put in the new one. On the 2005 American Toyota Sienna, the non-rounded corner faces the front left of the vehicle. It will be to you and to your right as you look under the hood. Replace the new one, close the cover and tighten the two screws again.
