Review on Naniwa Chosera 000 Stone Aluminum by Fred Novak

I was keen to use a whetstone for handwork and have tried with moderate success. I have to say that using the Edge Pro Apex Sharpening System works a lot better for me. The conductor forces you to use your chosen angle. I've replaced the beautiful stone set that came with the Apex Pro with Chosera 3000 and Chosera 800 to recreate my favorite sharpening stone combo and I have a winner. Chosera stones give you great feedback so you can feel what you are doing. My knives are sharper than ever. I am very happy with my new choice of Chosera.
