Review on SE 7043MP Mini Pliers 3 Piece by Justin Woolley

I bought these to cut, shape and hold small wires whilst soldering for an electronics design project. Although they are small, they are not very well suited for this very task. There was a very strong PVC smell when this item was unpacked, so I'm assuming the handles are PVC. It's not a heat resistant material and emits toxic gases when heated (I think that's why Prop65 was there). I've been trying to get the exact grip material from Sona Enterprises but they don't seem to know. They offered to email them the information but didn't reply to my email for 5 days. I will probably send these back.
