The screws are very cheaply made and the keyboard cannot be locked or unlocked.

We have a problem with the lock. The lock only works with a key and when we try to lock it with the keypad it makes a spinning noise as if trying to lock it then makes a high pitched beep followed by a red light. We can only unlock and lock with one key.
