Review on 🥬 Large Green Joseph Joseph Cut & Carve Multi-Function Cutting Board by Denise Berry

Well the cutting board is well made but I would consider what you want to use it for and if you want your knives on it. The board is hard. Knives leave cuts on the board. This is not a "jelly" board. The corner is on both sides. The side with the meat clips is fine. We tried using it to hold the roast, to cut the meat, but the knife "jumped" over the pins and the bars are a bit sharp. It is nice that the board is at an angle to the deep edge. good knives to cut on. Clamps are great for holding roasts that you can mash with a fork. We mainly use the board to cut the watermelon on the smooth side of the board. It's wonderful not to have watermelon juice all over the counter. I posted a photo of the board after I just cut the watermelon. I hope you can see how the juices are kept on the board. To be honest we basically cut that on the board. We always wash the board in the dishwasher and the color will not fade, the board will not warp or otherwise change shape. I wouldn't buy a second one, but I won't give it away either. . Using watermelon is good enough for me :)
