Although I was looking forward to browsing the ENERCAKE online store, I was disappointed to find that it did not live up to my expectations. The quality of the items that I received was quite disappointing, and in no way corresponded to what I anticipated based on the description provided on their website. Despite the fact that they do offer a diverse selection of products, I would not recommend purchasing from them. Their prices are also more than the pricing at many other stores that are comparable, which left me with the impression that I was not receiving my money's value. To add insult to injury, when I contacted out to their customer service department with a concern about my order, I received no response. My overall buying experience at ENERCAKE was negative, and it left a sour taste in my mouth as a result.
