I wanted to start making my own McMuffins. I'm very picky when it comes to cooking eggs. I usually eat eggs in the form of scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, nothing else. I was just making omelettes and then halving them until I saw this. It only took me about 10 minutes to get down. Make sure your pan is hot. Lubricate the pan and the rings. Using a large egg, I poured in just enough egg to cover the inside of the ring. I let it set before slowly pouring in the rest of the egg. Well I screwed up my first one just because I was panicking. I figured a metal handle would be hot, so I fiddled with a giant oven mitt and a tiny handle. I found out later that the handle is not hot at all! Only used a tissue (just in case) and everything was fine. The only spill I had was when trying to flip it over. I love these things. I like that the company included brief instructions.
