The blade appeared to be of good quality, but the spot where the tape is welded is not smooth or properly aligned, resulting in an audible thud every time the blade goes through the guides. Adjusting the guides far enough to stop the sound will result in poor incision tracking. It can be used, but needs better welding quality control.
