Installed on a 2003 Honda Accord, 4 cylinder. Direct OEM match. As others have commented, listed as new but box is marked as refurbished. There's really no difference as all the guts are new so don't worry about recreating. FYI for anyone doing this repair, the Accord intake manifold has a bi-metal gasket which is usually reusable and will provide a good seal. It does not need to be replaced unless you accidentally damage/bend it. It sticks tight to the manifold, just leave it there. Or, if it's loose, carefully remove it and set it aside so you don't snag or bend it while you loosen the bolts from the old starter.
