Review on 🚗 Reese Towpower 7014200 Tow Bar with Adjustable Features by Donotello Figueroa

I bought this because I trust the Reese name and their products. However, we hooked up our truck and took a test drive around the block, and I'm glad we did. When assembling the hitch, I tightened everything down to the smallest detail. A rod was bent and the adjustment screws would not hold the adjustment even when tightened. I've since taken the rod to a welding and fabrication shop. You will straighten the bent rod and then double the rods and weld them in place and add a cross brace for reinforcement. The hitch looks good and the brackets are heavy and solid. The clutch is also a good unit. The weak points are of course the grilles. If you buy this, which I don't see, I highly recommend reinforcing the bars before even trying.
