Review on 🚲 Trunk Mount Carrier - Thule Passage by Ruben Saunders

I have a Lincoln MKZ and this item was recommended for my car. The trunk is pretty solid for regular city streets, but I wouldn't recommend this product alone if you're going for a long freeway trip unless you have other mechanisms to stabilize and attach it to your car. I've been using this product for about 3 months and I'm having trouble attaching the straps to my bike. I was doing an overland trip to various cities and national parks and early in the trip I had to buy other straps and bungee cords to attach my bike to my car as the passenger side strap came loose and my bike bounced. pavement behind me. Luckily the other strap stayed in place, but for the rest of the ride I was stressed because the bike kept falling over. But with other straps and bungees attached to the bike, it caused no problems other than discomfort.
