Overall I like this product. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged and as pictured. I was also pleased to receive an additional post-purchase email explaining how to use Brush Hero and some quick fixes to try if it doesn't seem to be working properly at first. So far I've used the brush in two different ways. I live in Michigan, and now that Spring is here, it's time to clear the dusty, cobweb-covered bikes and grill out of the garage. For the grill and bike I have yet to use a brush with soap for more thorough cleaning/detailing. I just used it with a hose and water from the hose and even without soap it did a good job of removing dirt and dust. I love that it gets into small crevices and cleans for you. I also used it for our dog wash. Rubbing the soap into her fur worked really well, making it less messy for me. The only downside and the reason I give it 4 stars is that you tend to get quite wet while using it. I'll be using it more and playing with it to see if I can get the water to not splash as much, but I had to step back a bit to avoid getting wet. It also has the typical mechanical working noise. Personally it didn't bother me and it wasn't terribly noisy or anything, although the dog was initially scared of the noise when we tried to clean it. Overall the brush was easy to use. All I had to do when I took it out of the box was screw it onto our hose and turn it on. The brush did the rest of the job for me. Great product, especially for easy cleaning.
