Dynamite Carbide Cutter - fast and accurate stock removal, easy to use, my first of many

I have a job where I remove and replace about 400 linear feet of baseboard and install a new black baseboard. I want to deal with inside corner joints and by my count I have 28 inside corners to cut and finish. 45-degree bevels never work properly, walls are never square or vertical, and wood paneling moves with humidity changes. 45 degree chamfers result in visible gaps at inside corners, especially when working with black surfaces. I don't like and don't use putty and I need tight joints that will never open - a leveling is the only right choice. Handling a complex baseboard can be a real challenge to cut correctly and quickly, and many finish installers use a simple finish. Profiles are for this purpose only - cut with a cheap jigsaw, slot in and get the job done. Not me. This carbide drill came equipped with a Foredom TX flex-shaft tool, and with a miter saw and Japanese backsaw I had the perfect setup to quickly and accurately cut the intricate trimming profile I use (see photos). The finished profile you see I can create in about 5 minutes for each inside corner using these tools. The top curve is almost impossible to cut accurately and quickly, even with my Knew Concepts puzzle (it's a high-end puzzle that costs about $110). It's also MUCH faster and more accurate than using a handheld jigsaw. The benefit of this carbide bit is that if I have a wood load that is slowing the cut, I simply burn the bits of wood out of the bit with a propane torch (manufacturer recommended technique) and the bit is clean and ready to go. The photos are test cuts I took before proceeding with the installation and it's a fresh black accent color to show the final profile. I used a coarse grit carbide cutter which gives the perfect balance of speed and control when working with white pine cuts. Hope that helps!
