Size 5 was small, the best in my rating
They don't fit, they appear to be smaller and there isn't much room to comfortably fit the shoes to a toddler. You will need a larger hole under the velcro to fit a child's foot. But material and quality are very good.

- Shoes may not provide adequate support for a problem foot.
