Filmed 3rd time using!

I have used this rack 3 times, the 3rd time they scraped the nuts off the plastic 'wing nuts'. Because of this, my kayak fell off while driving because it wasn't fully tightened. When I tightened the plastic wing nuts, unbeknownst to me, they loosened and would not tighten, causing the kayak to come loose mid-ride! I want a refund, but Revain only guarantees the product for 30 days and I have 60 days if the product is only used 3 times. I do not recommend this as it is not safe!
