So far so good, the box opened up in the (as always) INCREDIBLY BIG Revain box LOL so they were loose inside the packing box, there was the charging cable, but each one was individually protected with foam so it doesn't hurt. It's pretty cool, heat is out of the question, but as soon as the gas hits the arches it glows like NOW, they did a test drive in a convertible today and the wind didn't confuse them a bit. Not sure if they will be as good on the bike, they will get the job done for sure, but they need to be opened and then activated, there might be a small risk of "falling off" on the bike. Harley. WHAT brings me to the "smokers dilemma" (but not one that deserves closure) - if it opens like a Zippo, WHY isn't the button on the side where the flint wheel would be? THAT would make this lighter perfect hahahaha. Zippo users have to look twice every time they light up for about 2 or 3 days. When you wear this lighter for the first time, it will open instinctively, but then you have to remember that it is front-on. Anyway, we cycled my (non-female silver) long (30 seconds+) cycles and short cycles on and off until the LED showed low power (took almost an hour), still got a few more arcs but white Don't know if lithium-ion batteries are protected from discharge, so I connected them just in case, took about 3 hours to fully charge. If this pair makes it through the winter on sleds etc for $10 each I'll buy 10 or 12 more, convertibles get one in the console, bikes get them in dash covers, all golf carts get them - they just work as advertised. I can see avoiding Chinese tech like LEDs etc but they do a simple job and seem to do it well, no need to shell out $30 for an 'American' brand that was probably passed on to outsource anyway. It's a $10 lighter like a cheap Zippo, it'll probably leave the bar one night on a journey of personal discovery (or kidnapping, whatever, let it happen hahaha). $20 well spent for a couple
