Not universal for kitchen and dining room
They say they cut. My jeep has two different size cup holders and the large one fits perfectly but the smaller one was too big so I trimmed it down to the first size as shown and it was too small. I have then. Cut it to the smallest size and try putting the larger ring back in place and it fits, but now it's two pieces in the cup holder.
