The first thing that pleased me about this chair is that it is easy to assemble. When I opened the box and saw all the components I suspected this would be a problem. But they included easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions. All screws have been wrapped in bubble wrap on a card and numbered to match the illustrations. Before I knew it, I was already sitting in my very comfortable, inexpensive chair. They even included a tool for installing quality mounting screws. Very impressive. Condition report: Purchased in October '14: After almost 1.5 years of fairly regular use, the backrest is torn and the seat is pretty flat. Time to find a new chair. You get what you pay for.
