It's easy to set up and put together. It has the capability to show video as well. I did not find any problems during my trial period. As others have mentioned it may require more training for some users but we had people that knew nothing about computers or digital cameras setting things up themselves easily within minutes. We also realized quickly the benefits of having both pictures and videos available at the same time. Many times with other funeral home systems they only allowed you to view one media type (still photos/videos) either after placing an order or when attending services. This system allows us to offer our guests choices before hand so there are less surprises later.
