So glad I have this buck converter. This is very important for me when travelling. This converter converts electricity from 220/240 volts to 110/120 volts and protects everything you need to connect it from power surges that could damage your item. My husband and I are going to Cuba next year and we will definitely need it. Now we can charge our phones and I can use my curling iron without worrying about it being damaged by the extra power. The only downside is the standard European plug, so I also need to bring a plug adapter, luckily I have one.
