Review on 🥑 Kuhn Rikon Colori Avocado Knife by Ashley Williams

I love Kuhn Rikon gadgets and I have several devices that I use often. Unfortunately this is my first disappointment with their tools. The hole that should take out the avocado pit is so small that it becomes unusable. It has a jagged edge, but it doesn't bite into the pit, and if you press too hard it will push out the avocado's flesh and make a mess. can be messy and you end up wasting quite a lot of leftovers. I don't mash avocados and the main purpose of this tool was to use it to make nice slices for avocado toast and salads. All in all a waste of money. The old-fashioned way of using a knife and spoon works much better, faster and cleaner. At this point, I don't even want to try other brands that offer a similar design. It seems to me that these avocado slicers are more than just a trick.
