Review on Derale 13016 Transmission Engine Hose by Danny Flores

I bought an extra thermal bypass transfer hose that I bought in Derala. Have operated 3 lines with Derale hose. For the remaining 3 lines I used the hose that came with the Tru-Cool Transmission External Cooler. The two lines I ran with a ruptured derale hose splattered gear oil everywhere during the first 5 miles of the test ride. Replaced 2 slot lines with another manufacturer's hose and did another 5 mile test ride. Everything checked out fine. So I drove about 10 miles to a car wash to wash out the spilled gear oil, and when I stopped at the car wash, the gear oil splattered everywhere. The 3rd line I used the Derale hose on broke. All other lines were fine. While I've heard nothing but good things about their transmission coolers and thermal bypasses, their hose sucks! I will NEVER buy your hose again.c
