UPDATE - 05/22/16 - So after a few months of use I am downgrading to 2 stars. To be honest, I've given up. It's just not reliable. You set it up and it works, and then it just doesn't work anymore. You remove and reinstall the printer and it works again. Reboots don't fix it. Restarting the printer does not help. Requires an uninstall/reinstall to make it work again. It's still on the table across from me as I write this. Next stop is probably the trash can next to the table. Works once you set it up. The installation software on the supplied disc and the newer version on the manufacturer's website didn't work for me on Windows 10. However, it is not required. First, make sure you already have the printer drivers installed on any computer you plan to use the printer with. To set it up without it, connect the printer to the print server, connect the network cable, and turn it on. The device receives an IP address via DHCP. Find out what IP address it is (check your router's DHCP table) and make it a static address. Open a browser and enter the IP address of the print server and set a static IP address on the setup page. Now open Control Panel and Devices and Printers and click Add Printer. Click The printer that I want isn't listed. Select "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname". Leave the Device Type as AutoDetect and enter the IP address of the print server. Select Universal NIC if it is not already selected. Select your printer and use the driver already installed. You should be good to go.
