I'm a diehard Vantrue user. I have easily bought 6-8 of their Cameras in the last 5 years. I buy them for each new car. What Is VERY unique about this setup, is that its so well integrated, its not so glaringly obvious like all my windshield mounted cameras are. Its so well integrated, your passengers wont ask 'hey is that thing recording me?' Whats even cooler about this, besides how incredibly well it works, it actually IMPROVES your mirror visibility. My 911 Turbo S (992), has a pretty dainty mirror, this easily expanded the view about 40% and doesnt look out of place at all. My stock mirror actually looks out of place compared to this one. Its an easy install, actually got it setup faster than The Vantrue N4 and N2's that I have bought previously. All in all, I love this new approach to Camera. Install is easy, no screws, it mounts securely with straps, its well integrated, doesnt look cheap (I'd not allow that on my $300,000 car), the touch screen is WORLDS ahead of the buttom stuff you have to do on the normal vantrues. This one is truly a touch screen. It does 512GB memory cards (previously highest was 256GB) over all, I just love love love it!. Now, its not perfect, here is what I'd improve: I'd love a CABIN camera, one that records occuants, this setup records front and rear of the car, which are the most important. Next, the power connectors are at the top of the camera, I perhaps would have put them at the bottom. The clearance between top of the mirror and my headliner, is tight, probably a non issue in normal cars. I once had someone total my $90k Jeep Trackhawk by running a light, and the Vantrue video was shared with the cop, and he cleared me of any wrong doing. So Vantrues are a MUST have in my book. Insurance rates didnt go up, as I was able to prove it wasnt my fault. This is the newest hotness from Vantrue! GET YOURSELF ONE, you wont regret it!
