Replaced my 14 dbi what's the difference!

Good quick and easy to install. Keep in mind that no cable is included, so you must purchase a good quality cable. I use LMR 200 10 feet. I used this to replace my 14 DBI antenna which I got downhill 100 meters from Wi-Fi. There was a strong signal around 4 bars, sometimes 5, but the service was 20MB, reaching 2-7MB, and sometimes not. I use HDTV for streaming, so needless to say it didn't work very well at times. I installed it on the same mast and used a laser beam to direct the Wi-Fi signal that is in line of sight. Walked in and noticed that everything seemed faster. Then I did a speed test. I now get up to 18MB full 5 bars. Well, yes, it drops with heavy use or when taking a shower, but still, at worst, 8 mb. 10 to 13 MB 95% of the time. I am very happy with HDTV streaming and even 4K video is very reliable. Could be a little more waterproof I would say. I would recommend silicone on the outside but not on the bottom.
