Absolutely normal. to computers and accessories

Includes a 6" standard antenna and a 12" high gain antenna. I got it for my Kali laptop which doesn't support the built-in network adapter (no comment from network security OS developers). From time to time the network freezes. I have to unplug the receiver, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. The same applies to other networks. But the big plus is that with a normal receiver I get 1 bar when I have one. However, I never go below 3/5 divisions. It can run in monitor mode and inject packets and be ready to use with Kali Linux out of the box. A large antenna can cause it to tip over if you don't set it up carefully. So far this has done everything I need. Something that might be important: there is a very bright blue light at the top that indicates activity. Flashes while driving, stays on when on. You can also see light through some holes on the side. Don't put that next to your sleeping place. While this is great for hacking, remember that staying undetected is important. So if you're going to an engagement, turn off the lights.

Pros
  • Value for money
Cons
  • Annoying
