Exactly as advertised and so far meets expectations.
Have used it half a dozen times and my first thoughts are: Pros: - Easy to use - Easy to clean - Handles make it easier to remove the fish basket. They stayed cool enough to be grabbed without getting burned. - Collapsible for storage. Cons - You really need a big pot for this to work. I tried putting it in a medium pot and it looks like borscht and squid.
