But as an aircraft builder I use both ultra light and hard parts for various parts on my models so they were still a good buy.

I received them well packaged and intact. They have a density of 14-16+# (2.2-2.5 grams per stick), definitely NOT light. I wish I had received the material that all the other reviewers complained about being too soft and light.
