I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. I had wrist pain and wanted to use it to help me play in a golf tournament. I mounted the band on my wrist for about 5 hours following the instructions that came with the kit. I found the instructions confusing in that they said to stretch the tape to 80% by looking at the lines on the tape. Which lines? I could see the band stretching a bit, but I didn't know how to tell if it was 80% or not. However, after a few hours of wearing the tape, the circulation in my hand definitely got worse, so I took the tape off and didn't use it in my tournament. My advice to the company: think of a better way to explain how the tape is applied. The pictures are good but not a good explanation. Could you also explain much better how the tape is supposed to work, what kinesiology means and how it's supposed to help. I kept the cassette and if I had more detailed instructions I would probably use it again. Another thing: this product seems to require your help to apply: I had no help. Thank you for asking for my opinion. I think you are a good company that is really trying to sell a product that could be an excellent product. Keep trying.
