Customer service wasn't very good at responding to my query, it took me almost a week to get a response. I will look to Makita or Dewalt for future router options. Disappointed with Bosch service and limited carbide hole saw options. Update: I contacted customer service again, more helpful this time. They said their daring hole saws would be compatible with this shaft. I still don't have a 3 3/4" hole saw option from Bosch, but it meets my need for a 3 1/2". I bought a MK morse shaft and a 3 3/4" carbide bit, very good. In a Bosch review you can get 1 to 3 stars for better customer service than before. However, this is just an honest line of products, MK Morse and Greenlee have better options.
