Very durable and well designed. The quick swap function is great. With the pilot hole saw and hole saw in place, there is no vibration. For the reviewer who said the pilot jet keeps falling out, then it shouldn't quite be. You must pull back the outer sleeve (e.g. air hose connector) to fully insert the pilot jet. I liked the solution so much that I merged it with adapters for non-Bosch hole saws.

They have stopped selling some sizes of their carbide drills, specifically the HTC350 (3 1/2 inch drill). that. Greenlee makes a better adapter with less play, I would recommend it to Bosch. Customer service wasn't very good at responding to my query, it took me almost a week to get a response. I will look to Makita or Dewalt for future router options.
