Review on PEPPER JOBS Portable Touchscreen Monitor with HDMI Compatibility by David Gordon

EDIT: The company contacted me and they are replacing the monitor. For this reason I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars and will update again when a new block comes in. Edit 2: Upgrade to 5 stars; Pepper-Jobs replaced my broken monitor and it really is a great monitor. 4 star rating (not 5) due to the months it took to get an answer. Original post: I initially loved this monitor and used it mainly as a second desktop monitor and also for use with a DEX. However, 10 months after purchase, the mini HDMI port stopped working and can no longer be used as a second monitor. This was supposed to be covered by a one year warranty, but I have contacted Pepper jobs many times over the past month, both through their website and email, and they have not responded. Will avoid this brand in the future as customer service is lacking and warranty is not honored.
