Review on πŸ”§ OTC 6613 Adjustable Pin Spanner Wrench by Agustin Bush

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Heavy Duty L-Wrench

Although listed as a Toyota L-Wrench, I bought it primarily to strip down some engines and special equipment. It had no problem with the torque I put on the little pins to pull things apart. There is a 1/2" square drive at the end of the wrench which really gives you extra leverage when working with a broken rod or a regular ratchet. The kit includes pins 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 10mm. Fully open I was able to expand the wrench to just over 5 inches. The blown case holds the pins and wrench fairly securely as I've dropped it many times without getting damaged. A couple of half-deep holes were drilled in the broken bracket and this wrench was used with great success. All in all, the few times I've used it, there haven't been any problems. Definitely recommend. Benefits: - Wide range of pins - Withstands over 100 ft/lbs of torque - Saves hours of time instead of using a chisel and hammer - Coating holds up well after a year. Cons: - Pins sometimes can't be straight in a wrench (especially on a longer piece)
