Satisfactory replacement. Be sure to turn off your truck before disconnecting the OEM. Otherwise a 4x4 service code will be issued. Basically I bought this to replace an OEM because the bulbs had burned out. When I received this, the back was dark brown instead of the factory black. The plugs fit snugly and it fits snugly in the slot. The only downside is that you sometimes have to press the selector longer to get the gear you want. Also, it's a bright white LED. Doesn't match the OEM at all. The indicator light is also very bright for such a small switch. Also 2 high is darker than the other keys. And the neutral light that tells you to shift into neutral doesn't actually come on. light works. It just won't turn on. Overall it's a 3. Mainly because it doesn't match the factory color.
