You need to take out two 15 Torx screws and then use those screws to attach the fender. The fender holes matched my 2020 Silverado 1500 perfectly. When changing the bolts, the internal bolt was barely long enough to grab and hold. The external screw was a different story. After pushing, pulling, tugging, and cursing, I gave up and drove to the auto parts store to buy #10-inch bolts long enough for these outposts. The mudguard is a bit thicker here and the existing screws just weren't enough. Otherwise it's durable, fits great (there is some shine in the photo but it's the same color as the trim) and I think it will last the life of the truck.
