Review on RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch by Jeff Grindley

I like how it allows me to keep track of all my jobs at once as well as keeping up-to date with what is going on for each job that has been dispatched out. It also gives us an idea when we can expect our next dispatch call back from them. They have not released any updates since 2013 which makes this software very outdated. The only thing they are missing now would be being able to get notifications via text or email if there was something wrong with their equipment while working. This helps ensure safety throughout every project. We use this program daily so its definitely worth using!
